Standard Licenses – Small JPEG, Medium JPEG, Large JPEG, Supersized JPEG :
This Standard, non exclusive worldwide Licence grants you (the licencee) the use of our images for any illustrative purpose in any type of media.
Examples include : websites, web banners, newsletters, PDF documents, blogs, emails, slide shows, TV and video presentations, cell phones, splash screens, movies, magazine articles, books, advertising, brochures, document illustrations, booklets, billboards, business cards, packaging, etc.
Extended License :
This Extended non exclusive worldwide License grants you (the licencee) all the rights of the Standard License, but also allows you to print our images and use them on your own products. An Extended License lets you create derivative products or services intended for resale or distribution.
Examples include: postcards, calendars, posters, t-shirts, print & presentations templates, video clips intended for resale, video applications, and any project where the file lends primary value to the product intended for resale or distribution.
Postage within Australia :
-Free Shipping on all items to Australian Postal addresses is based on Standard Surface Mail Delivery without insurance or delivery confirmation. As all items are carefully inspected and quality assured prior to shipping Platypus Paparazzi Photography will not be held responsible for losses or damage to items in transit.
Where feasible we will endeavour to ship the product to you using the safest and fastest means possible at the time and include tracking if possible.
International Postage :
For international customers please contact us for a shipping quote prior to checkout.
Refunds :
All items are carefully inspected and quality assured prior to shipping.
– Refunds on “In stock” items at the time of purchase are accepted within 14 days providing all items are returned in the original condition as supplied and at the buyers expense for return shipping.
-Refunds will not be issued before we have received the items and they have been assessed. After such a refund to your Paypal account or credit card can be expected with 7-14 days.
– Refunds from change of mind are NOT accepted on back orders or special consignment products. As everyone has different expectations when it comes to printed artwork, which can vary from an online photograph, to avoid disappointment we recommend prior to a first off commitment to larger orders or back orders that you purchase one of our low cost sample packs or a smaller quantity.
Items Damaged in Transit :
-For all orders that are covered by insurance please let us know if there is an issue with your order and we will follow up with Australia Post at our end. We advise that you do the same from your end to try and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
-Paypal may cover some losses associated with purchases made through their payment gateway. Please contact Paypal if you have any issues that are not covered under the general terms and conditions of purchasing through the Platypus Paparazzi Photography website.
